Terms & Conditions – 50% Summer Deal
1. Campaign Objective
The Summer Deal is designed to provide new members with 50% off their annual membership fee for the first 6 months — encouraging long-term commitment while supporting their fitness goals through the second half of 2025.
2. Discount Details
Participants receive 50% off the monthly cost for the first 6 months of either:

Ballin Fitness Membership (yearly subscription)

Ballin Group Class Membership (yearly subscription)
After 6 months, regular monthly pricing resumes for the remainder of the 12-month contract.
3. Eligibility & Applicability
This promotion is:

Only valid for new annual memberships initiated between June 21, 2025 and September 4, 2025

Not applicable to personal training, credits, retail products, or any other services or subscriptions

Available for new members and returning members with inactive accounts for 90+ days
4. Registration & Activation
To qualify:

Registration must be completed online or at the gym reception between June 21 and September 4, 2025

Participants must provide full name, contact information, and a valid payment method

The discount is applied automatically at the time of sign-up
Membership becomes active upon successful payment.
5. Membership Duration & Pricing Structure

The promotion applies to a 12-month contract

First 6 months are billed at 50% of the standard monthly fee

Final 6 months are billed at the standard monthly rate

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Early termination of the contract may incur a fee as defined in our standard membership terms

The Summer Deal discount is forfeited if the member cancels within the first 6 months

No partial refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in our general membership terms
7. Modifications & Early Termination
BallinFit reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to operational or commercial reasons. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with our internal policies. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the laws of The Netherlands, under the jurisdiction of local courts.
9. Data Protection
All personal data provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
